The coworkers are very friendly and helpful, but some of the supervisors are not as friendly.
If you are driven and have good ideas, you can find your place here. Leadership is open to change and adapting to new ideas so you never feel bored. Also, every day is fun!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire competent leaders to handle things
I alluded to the firing of an admin when catching up with a former admin who'd moved on. She was delighted, mistakenly thinking I was talking about the headmaster.
Pay us. There is a very unfair wage disparity between sales managers/sales trainers, and those under them: BDR's and SDR's. Also stop forcing everyone to be at 100% energy, and shaming them when they're not.
Being paid. Employees spend more time trying to figure out how to make ends meet each month than actually being able to do our jobs. We have to work a second job to be able to pay rent and buy groceries... Bonus doesnt get paid often and it only supports getting a credit card bill paid...
