What do you like best about the leadership team?

The Leadership team at Egnyte invests back into the company and its employees thru many different avenues. You are valued and heard.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are truly a team. We happily help one another and troubleshoot questions together. You are never left to fend for yourself.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The team building and atmosphere are phenomenal. We are all adults and treat each other with respect despite our beliefs that may differ.

What makes you most happy at work?

That the ideas I have brought to the table made a positive enough impact that its developed new teams within the company to help aid the success.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Industry standards have changed and some departments took a lot longer to realize this and compensate for it. I would say it is working in the right direction however if you label raises as inflation and not due to performance then it might be harder to retain them as employees.
