Leadership team always tries to be fair. Not only moving the product forward but also caring about the employees in the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No blame policy. I know I've done some stupid stuff starting out, no one ever made a public example out of me how not to do things
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my team is that those are really experts in their field, I can always pick their brains about our tasks and I'll get valuable information. They are the most chill and confident people I've met in this industry.
