Being a small company I did not expect Egnyte to be employee centric, I have missed this culture for a long time. Hiring well qualified employees and retaining them with challenging work is really hard and Egnyte is managing this absolutely well.

Everything... There is not one point to pick as favorite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though everyone is remote... every effort is being made to ensure all are connected and feel a part of the team. Its going to take time but efforts to increase the bonding is impeccable
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a unique strength and everyone wants to add value to the team. This attitude needs to be cashed as much and as early as possible to ensure this motivation does not roll down the hill. to get such talented people is very difficult.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are employee centric. Such a culture is dwindling down when we look at our friends working in other organizations. The care about employee development being the one of the core values helps in long run. Thank you for every ounce of work that you do keeping employees in view.
