The have a tremendous vision for the future of the company. They are not wasteful and are good with their resources.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not micromanaged by any means. Management makes you feel valued. The company does a nice job of recognizing hard work and great efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The support everyone provides. Some have been with Egnyte for a long time and can share their experience with newer members of the team. Newer members have brought a wealth of knowledge of competition an industry experience that has been extremely valuable.
