It's challenging to work at Egnyte - that's why I'm still here. I can learn new things and I have the possibility to grow. The inter-ocean communication sometimes is not on the highest level but we are still working on that (both sides)

Technical challenges are the most existing things that Egnyte can offer from my perspective.

The leadership team is open-minded for changes and for the feedback: the good one but also the bad one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
About the organization things, it's elastic working hours. About the culture: treating all employees almost the same (what's a big achievement!)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I could be paid better in the other companies. What would make me feel better? Work with us to have more trust from the leaders. I know it's two-side job to do so we need to work together on that.
