Some management should appreciate all levels of employees. An employee should not feel the obvious hierarchy structure within the office. Know one should be looked down upon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
US culture has definitely been filtered to all the other offices. This is a positive as it feels more relaxed and not up tight. The environment when everyone is in the office is overall positive.
