People leave constantly and quickly. I can see why. Not an exciting work culture. Management gives bad raises and does not value employees. Only good for a first job.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Many employees not engaged, motivated, dedicated to work. Employees need to strive for more than recieving their paycheck. Its a culture issue.
