What are some of the best things about your team?
A lot of good people. The old timers with experience are typically the highlight of working there.
The bottom line workers are good for the most part. Other then being overworked and always busy. Good communication.

Many employees not engaged, motivated, dedicated to work. Employees need to strive for more than recieving their paycheck. Its a culture issue.
