What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are trying to make supervision a better position by higher salaries but still needs to eliminate some of the duties.

They are very skilled and experienced

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to stop treating their workforce poorly and change the company's antiquated policies. They also need to seriously revamp the pay and benefits package, as it is not competitive.

Getting the work done AND providing for retirement.

Fixing the parking situation, most employees have to arrive 1 hour earlier than their expected shift just to be able to get a parking spot

Accountably, planning, logistics, humans to human interactions

Stop making fun of hourly employees and treating them like they are subhuman untouchables. Stop sticking up for and taking salary employees sides when something comes up and remember they are supervisors so do your job and supervise and not act like employees are bugging them

Recognizing employees and advocating for them.
