Stop making fun of hourly employees and treating them like they are subhuman untouchables. Stop sticking up for and taking salary employees sides when something comes up and remember they are supervisors so do your job and supervise and not act like employees are bugging them
I don't know yet as I have not gotten my hearing aids. I've gotten other kinds of compensation for thousands and thousands of dollars through electric boat that I'm happy with.

The bottom line workers are good for the most part. Other then being overworked and always busy. Good communication.
