I don't know yet as I have not gotten my hearing aids. I've gotten other kinds of compensation for thousands and thousands of dollars through electric boat that I'm happy with.
Pay and benefits are significantly below par for the region. It takes far too long to top out on both. Parking and management are also terrible. The whole atmosphere is very unprofessional and toxic. There is also very limited to no career advancement or growth within the company.

Very poor management, "good ole boys club" at it's finest. Structured to keep you just paid enough to be able to afford to keep going to work, but just not enough to pay the bills
