It has been somewhat difficult as there is not much of a training program since COVID, but I have been in flooring for 20 yrs. So, it's just getting used to Emser's technology/ways of operating. It is truly a great company and great people!!

We all help each other. No bickering/fighting.

The leadership is able to adjust as needed. They listen to everyone each month and adjust accordingly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help. It is a team environment. It definitely feels like we have one purpose...customer service.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing the business. Growing myself personally and professionally. I truly feel that everyone is working extremely hard. No room for lazy people!
