Seeing my coworkers succeed and problem solve on the job. Closing sales and building lasting relationships
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more competitive base salary with better benefits would help. I don't feel undervalued, but I do feel overrides and overtime or relied too heavily on to achieve competitive compensation levels at the branch level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture of support and positivity helps create a welcome work environment. There's always a sense of optimism when attacking the market. There're many voices in on the regional and executive team that really echo that every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The freedom they give the branch to operate as it sees fit. Each market is its own identity and needs to have its own business model. Our leadership team, for the most part provides the support and understanding we need to drive sales and create a successful environment.
