Communication is key. We have weekly meetings which allow us to communicate successes, challenges, and action plans moving forward.

Incentives for performance. Emser shares in the growth and profitability of the company. When Emser grows and makes money, the team members do, too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Drive direction of the company but allow the freedom for the separate locations around the USA to do what is right for the customers in their individual markets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are like family. We care about each other, most Emser locations are smaller teams of individuals and that allows us to know each other well and speak honestly to help each other out.
