If you want to succeed you will have to work very hard and long hours. You have to be able to work independently and be focused on your goals. Rewards are there but not easy to achieve. Turnover is very high all across the board.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The more I sell the more I can make. Plus the Health plan and 401K are very good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really don't know exactly what they do. I hear very little form the leadership team except from my market manager.
