I appreciate being paid off what we do, the more you focus on the company goal of being customer centric, the better compensated you are

Everyone is focused on the same thing. This job requires dedication, those that enjoy that do well and those that dont eventually figure it out on their own
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the excitement that is brought to the table celebrating wins and learning from one another. You can also pick up the phone and call anyone for questions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the open dialogue that was created around COVID. While times were tough, Carl made it a point to communicate what he could to the team. Within reason they follow through with what they say. Also our messaging is simple, whats good for the customer is most likely good for Emser.
