I have been challenged in every facet of my abilities with Emser. This is a great thing as it has allowed me to grow and exercise everything that I have learned throughout my career. They keep us accountable and reward our successes. I can't ask for any more out of a company that I work for.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the team that I work with that makes me the most happy. We have a great team and I never dread to come in and work hard next to each and every one of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership gives us goals and the tools to complete our job. They allow us to operate as business leaders and make the decisions we need to have success in our individual markets and branches.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very diverse team with amazing backgrounds. They are extremely upbeat operate and care for each other as we are a family. I love that we can have fun, yet maintain a high amount of professionalism to take care of our customer's needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have a very fair and competitive base salary. I'm very pleased with our added monthly opportunities to earn based off of our overall sales. I feel very confident that I'm compensated more than fairly for the job that I'm asked to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we can operate independently based on the guidelines and policies that our company has laid out for us. This allows us to do what is needed to grow, and maintain the business that we have as our competitors are limited with many restrictions.
