What are some of the best things about your team?

I enjoy my manager's personality and management style.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I don't know the leadership team

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is going wrong, but work is not something I'd consider to be exciting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Task-based work, flexibility, being treated as a professional, not a child who needs to be micromanaged, my manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

One of the KPIs included in my contract is unattainable and not in line with any other publication, making me feel set up for failure and almost deceived. I didn't have access to company data until I'd already agreed to something impossible.
