Overall very good experience. Often it feels like we're behind and we're short staffed. Affects client comms, stress level for all, sometimes our work product, and I'd be happier if this were addressed. But there are some terriifc, supportive people here, just wish we could feel "caught up" more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Like regular updates on the company (town halls). The tone is caring and supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership team does a very good job. Inclusive, forward-thinking, good amount of PTO, communicates regularly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Spirit, positive attitude, most are quite hard working and care about co-workers and quality of the work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Attaining goals, which are easily measureable, and exceeding expectations of our audience/attendees/clients. Plus immediate team is good to work with, as noted before.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm mostly neutral on this. Have not had a raise in base salary since I started years ago. Have had one minor increase in commission percentage in my years here. Like the compensation but bar keeps going up each year, percentage stays same.
