Team members are kind, productive & responsive. The pace is super fast. I feel compelled to be on email/chat all the time. My job is different than what I thought it would be. I love figuring things out, but I'm displeased with our overall systems. I would love to know EIQ's strategic plan.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am not aware of my brand's future-facing goals nor am I measured by actual KPIs to drive growth. My team is buried in manual processes (i.e., tracking sheets, data entry) and all project management is done via email and chat. People are nice and mean well, but operationally, this is tough.
