I have the support I need - not everything and it's not perfect - but it's good and people try hard. Best part of this company is the lack of micro-managing. People are free to do their jobs without suffocating over management. Love that!

Fast-paced work environment, dealing with customers, solving their problems, good feedback from management, minimal over-managing

Provide guidance but also let brands and people do their jobs with minimal interference and distraction
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are supported without excessive management oversight. You are hired and paid to do a job and provided the opportunity to do so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission program is strong, but goals are a bit unrealistic and territories are not evenly distributed. Opportunities in some sale territories far exceed others. This becomes a compensation issue
