What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is crazy supportive. I love that even in meetings where we are addressing mistakes, there is never finger-pointing. The team just gets down to work solving problems.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Employee stock ownership plan is hard to beat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great listeners who truly care about their people. Do they always make the exact decisions I would make? No. But I never feel taken advantage of, and decisions are almost always well explained with tons of employee input.
