Treating employees with respect. Allowing employees to grow within the company. Actually pitching in to do work when shortstaffed instead of forcing the good employees to work themselves to death
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you are doing the work of 3-5 other departments, working 50+ hours a week, you deserve a decent pay. You're not even allowed to take bathroom breaks. The micromanaging was horrendous
