What do you like best about the leadership team?

Technology stack is good, leaders doesn’t have a leadership skill

Our leadership team is People oriented.

Its inclusion of women at leadership levels

focuses a lot on women empowerment.

My manager is the only reason I've stayed so long at Equifax. She's really good. My manager before that was also great. In general the leadership teams are very good. It's the executive polices that are being driven down to the worker bees where the issues are.

They seek and listen to feedback from all directions

They are remote and not able to micromanage our division directly. So less opportunities to get in our way. They still try though.

Very informed and pretty good help for beginners

The leadership team is very approachable. The CEO himself writes and sends out weekly updates of his own activities, along with key highlights, every Friday. The CTO has regular focus group sessions with employees of all levels who exceed expectations. They have turned the company around completely.
