My manager is the only reason I've stayed so long at Equifax. She's really good. My manager before that was also great. In general the leadership teams are very good. It's the executive polices that are being driven down to the worker bees where the issues are.

The leadership team is very approachable. The CEO himself writes and sends out weekly updates of his own activities, along with key highlights, every Friday. The CTO has regular focus group sessions with employees of all levels who exceed expectations. They have turned the company around completely.
