Technology stack is good, leaders doesn’t have a leadership skill
Our leadership team is People oriented.
Its inclusion of women at leadership levels
focuses a lot on women empowerment.
My manager is the only reason I've stayed so long at Equifax. She's really good. My manager before that was also great. In general the leadership teams are very good. It's the executive polices that are being driven down to the worker bees where the issues are.
Leadership lacks knowledge and strategic vision. Most of them are flailing!
Understanding the business and focussing on what customers need
Leadership training much needed at middle management levels
worker hate to deaf community
in all aspects of everything
Good pay for sure, not good medical benefits
My base pay is good.
there are various health care plan options
The benefit the company provides you
Flexibility in work day and decent benefits
pay is below market standard.
worker not help to me
I am paid fairly well.
More benefits to study in college or certifications. Also add the fully remote posibility for employees
When you are doing the work of 3-5 other departments, working 50+ hours a week, you deserve a decent pay. You're not even allowed to take bathroom breaks. The micromanaging was horrendous
Very helpful when needed help
Friendly coworkers willing to help and work as a team
I think is more a Costa Rica Culture that also gets involves but I had great teams in general
Friendships made and willingness to help each other.
Strond skill sets, and good team players.
Horrible documentation, no policies for important practices, and leaders several layers up who all chime in and ruin the focus and efficacy of projects
Stop trying to take credit for everything and be a team. Also stop micromanaging.
It is an endemic problem that results in huge turnover
Good work life balance here.
Comfortable office, good staff, flexible work hours
The people coming together as one
Diverse, open, respectful, challenging and friendly
The people and the management. People look out for each other, mostly. My team's management genuinely cares about people, including my C level leader. During company offsites and leadership meetings, one of the main topics is how to keep our people happy. The company invests in growing great people.
Value employees, be more transparent with actions, put processes in placecand enforce them.
Review from IT Dept
Get rid of toxic managers. There are not many, but the few that are there do tremendous damage.
The problem is pervasive so the management problems are baked in
Compensate long time employees with better pay rather than attracting new resources with big pay.
Review from IT Dept
It was awful. No matter how much you produced it was not enough, they always wanted more
It was virtual and there was only one panel interview after a phone screen
How friendly the sups on the 2 departments I worked for were in them
Scheduled interviews with people both inside and outside the direct team.
Relatively short and straightforward process
There are typically only 2 or 3 rounds including an HR screening round.
nothing make deal to the Deaf community.
Benefits, office spaces and coworkers
knowing the end of the day is near.
Helping others and being able to participate in great processes
I get to help our clients and internal people everyday.
Helping people live their financial best
No one calls a credit reporting company happy to be on the phone.
Toxic manager. Great experience at Equifax until working for this person.
The customers buy personal data that is never given with informed consent
Hierarchy system for osmelocations. old work stuctures
The company needs to acknowledge the employees as humans and they need to care more about them
I love the people and experienced lots of opportunities for growth. I am sorry to be feeling this way about the company, but it is true what they say-- you leave a boss, not a company
Getting rid of toxic players.
