Great company overall that has really changed its culture over the last 4-5 years to becoming more diverse, more intentional, more consumer friendly, more technologically advanced, more profitable and genuinely cares about its employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are typically only 2 or 3 rounds including an HR screening round.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cash and stock bonuses are amazing, especially over the last few years where the company has beat all its targets out of the park.
What makes you most happy at work?
My leadership team appreciates and recognizes me for the value I bring to the table. I also love the fact that I get to interact with people from all parts of the globe, across 5 continents. Very few companies get to boast about that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very approachable. The CEO himself writes and sends out weekly updates of his own activities, along with key highlights, every Friday. The CTO has regular focus group sessions with employees of all levels who exceed expectations. They have turned the company around completely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the management. People look out for each other, mostly. My team's management genuinely cares about people, including my C level leader. During company offsites and leadership meetings, one of the main topics is how to keep our people happy. The company invests in growing great people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a highly engaged team of rockstars who have the drive and motivation to do the right thing for the organization. We have a great team culture of empowerment, trust, and friendship outside of work as well. I've built some of my best friendships over the years in this company.
