I've been working at Equifax for four + years. It's gotten progressively worse every year. Company mandates on vaxing. Gender role affiliation on email signatures. Pay seems lower than avg. Extreme liberal core values at the center.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing the end of the day is near.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all professionals. We do not need to be micromanaged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is the only reason I've stayed so long at Equifax. She's really good. My manager before that was also great. In general the leadership teams are very good. It's the executive polices that are being driven down to the worker bees where the issues are.
