When I read the employee reviews on Glassdoor I couldn't believe it but this company really is the best I've ever worked for. They walk the talk (inclusive excellence and diversity), reward their employees and provide a fun professional atmosphere where I feel valued and appreciated. Great pay too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My basic salary is double most companies and my bonus has been more than 100% every year as the company does so well. Unexpected stock grants are a plus on top of that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They took the time to have me interview with several folks and made sure I was a fit for the job, the boss and the team. They gave me the opportunity to chat with the current job incumbent so I could get a feel for what it takes to really do my job.
