What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful every day
A lot of diverse points of view. Good representaion for women

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading, offering training, communication, understand and acknowledge there are issues to address, stop being arrogant that the name alone of the company will retain and attract customers the quality of the behind the scenes is shocking, big titles created just to pay their mates disgusting money
Stop interfering with personal issues.
Get less political, and stop blocking promotions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and bonuses. Stock keeps going up
I get a lot of money
Medical, stock, bonus , office environment
Bonus program can be lucrative
RSU's are the best part of my package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work is very high that it is hard to have work-life balance. Expectations are too high but number of resources are limited. The compensation should have increased significantly in last cycle (through promotion).
Training, being invested in, it's not about money its about actually wanting to help me to be able to do my job instead of getting by, no one k ow what they should do if anything goes wrong
A new job would make me feel better
Pay is lower and job requirements grow faster than compensation
Culture at Equinix again differs from team to team. Even though at a high-level Equinix might hold great values, however, it may not always be true at your team level. My team is great, I love working with them, however, i often feel there is a lack of appreciation and recognition from managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kindness willingness to work together and help in anyway possible
We lean in each other, we are all knowledgeable in different areas and we're a family.
They are very efficient to work with

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Check the ego at the door, especially the one's who act like they know it all.
Take accountability of the work instead of escaping.
Better leadership direction, mostly from director level
We work together fine, but sometimes we don’t hire the best quality of workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Companionship and support with any thing you need
Flexibility and the power to belong.
Volunteering and giving back to the community is highly encouraged
The magic of EQUINIX is real. People want to grow with the company

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promotions, Training and making sure people have adequate time for personal. Only if you are a brownnose will you get considered for promotions, paid training to hold certifications. Oh and if you get sick, it comes out of your PTO balance so never get sick or you won't have time left to vacation
Training, and ownership of the work culture issues, stopbsending out emails about how jolly the company is and how much money its made, this isn't George Orwell 1984 where we just accept what we are force fed
We need to become more liberal and become a company that changes the world, not a company that lets the world change it. We need to be stronger in our culture from the top down. Managers have a hard time embracing change and positivity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The kindness and knowledge of the company goals and expertise
Met a lot of people through the process. Learned a lot about the company
It moved along from initial interview to offer, it was about 2 weeks.
They took the time to have me interview with several folks and made sure I was a fit for the job, the boss and the team. They gave me the opportunity to chat with the current job incumbent so I could get a feel for what it takes to really do my job.
The people were open and actively listened
