It’s like working in a sweat shop. Clients are allowed to show up 9 minutes late giving us only 6 minutes to have the client get undressed, prepped and waxed. Forced to focus on sales not skin care. And all employees show up to work sick constantly as we have no PTO or sick day

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$8 an hour and 5% commission as a licensed professional is disrespectful to the culture around skin care, and the 10k+, time, I spent on my education.
