Franchisee maintains power over employees by pitting them against each other. Franchisee instills an environment where he and employees harass and abuse.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Removal of franchisee and abusive employees. Maintaining our location as a corporate location.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The franchisee is the main problem! The franchisee hires abusive employees. The franchisee is abusive. The franchisee needs to be removed from this location.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers apologized to me about the abuse that they see from franchisee and other employees. Customers have gone out of their way to speak to franchisee about his behavior. Franchisee is ruining the European wax center name. Remove franchisee and abusive employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Franchisee maintains power over employees by pitting them against each other. Remove the franchisee and abusive employees and we would have a wonderful team. We strive to give our clients the best and that is very hard to do in the environment our franchisee created.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
During my interview franchisee had me work unpaid. Franchisee insulted me and my family. Franchisee made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Franchisee commented on my appearance in a multitude of inappropriate ways. If I had not needed this job I would not of taken it. I had constant doubts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no work life balance. I am expected to come in to work while maintaining no personal life. I do not get paid a livable wage. I have no health benefits or any other type of benefits. My compensation is not an issue if the franchisee and other coworkers were not abusive.
