Theres always alot of bullying. And drama between the mangers. Always in ever center. It hknestly makes me not want to ckme into work afger 8 years of doing what i love and bring me lots of anxity. Alot if bullying going on and mangers dont know how to mange.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not bullying and talking anout other workers to ither employees. The manger is not simpatic at all. She micro manages and is a very bug bully throught of the years i have worked for thisnowner. Everyone wants to quit beauce of her The store. Just not a healthy Environment
