EWC could be fun and exciting depending on the franchise. My current franchisee are horrible to say the least. They dont allow the managers to do their jobs, and we lose any manager just as fast as they start. Start taking a closer look at FRANCHISEE's. Especially those with overwhelming turn over!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired very quickly almost instantly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager who tries to encourage us to see the positive in EWC as a whole. We work well together as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No benefits other then commision, no form of insentives to keep us motivated other then the mangager trying to keep us from quitting.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing if we had different owners runnjng this franchise then perhaps we'd be happier. 3 centers and about more than 1/2 the franchise is unhappy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is someone who ran an east coast location for several years and is amazing! Were all afraid shes gonna walk away soon from how poorly the owners run their business..
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and help each other, we go long periods of time with no manager, or guidance other then ever changing policies from the owners so we make it work as best we can.
