Love the company, very positive manner, and great establishment to work in; However my second year here has not been the same experience for me unfortunately. we have had management, new owners, and constant employee turnaround rate due to unprofessionalism by the upper staff.-mansfield, Tx location

it was personal and private setting. i was made to feel comfortable and to express myself freely
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
majority of the environment besides lately has been positive. we have some contest and appreciation board to keep the motivation going.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the turnaround rate for our employees due to unprofessionalism from center manager and a now fired owner for prejudices against minority leadership. our center manager hires incompetent gsa employees that do not take the job serious in aspects of tardiness, customer service, and receptionist skills
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we do not have a regional manager and our center manager is never here or holding herself accountable for the downfall of this company. she has been hiring employees that would be a great candidate as a friend than to actually hire reliable employees. rarely supplies, cust. complaints never answered
What are some of the best things about your team?
majority of our team work together as a whole, we have a very uplifting and positive atmosphere, and most are very hardworking. we thrive on woman empowerment even though we have both male and female clients, all are happy. it was not for our team lead/ assistant manager this place would be a circus
