My manager consistently takes back on her word and gets mad at me for telling her that I am unavailable when she expects me to be available 24/7. My manager is also rude and shows very obvious favoritism and makes everyone else feel like we do horribly. She only gives shoutouts to her favorite

Not having the interviewee get thrown around from who they're supposed to be interviewing with

My coworkers are all very kind and hardworking, we always try to make each other feel better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more than the call center would make me feel like a valued employee. I feel undervalued because I am constantly having to fight for any recognition from any form of management and because we get paid the bare minimum
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The 9 minute late policy is far too long, and my manager needs to go through training again and then even further training on how to actually help her employees and the management in general needs to learn how to actually listen and helpful
