Since the beginning of my employment, communication has been a real issue. There were opportunities communicated to me during my hire that have not been given to me yet. The vacation and work/life balance could improve. I appreciate the opportunities given to me, but I am hoping for improvement.

completing the day's tasks in a timely and efficient manner

listening to and following thru with issues being brought to their attention
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we should get more vacation and we should have a 6mo review with the opportunity for a raise.
