Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have enjoyed most moments here, seems I always get answers to why something happens. I have not liked the start of this year & all the changes including the changes to PM team, but I will stay open & patient.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meetings are always fun & something to look forward to, but I enjoy Slack as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything about this company is about culture, so it's nice to be surrounded by such driven people
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here belongs & no one that doesnt stays very long. A really well pruned & chosen team that plays to everyone's strengths/advantages

Usually a group of people that I can rely on for anything, if I have an issue regarding ANYTHING I can get it figured out

Close knit group of like minded individuals that push you to your best since they are at their best. Competitive while still feeling almost like a family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can discuss my compensation and it's packages with the right people when I need to. Also very open and honest when it comes to communication about compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Expectations are laid out clearly and openly. How you accomplish your tasks is up to you, but there is never a lack of guidance, just a mix of personal responsibility and freedom.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear and concise communication, goals are set out clearly and explicitly, any kind of confusion gets fixed right away with open and honest paths to communication. You can really tell that they care about you and the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels like a very close knit group of people so I feel like I belong. But I also feel pushed because I am surrounded by very high driven and successful individuals. It is a very great environment for professional growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the conversations that I have had have not given me the answers I needed. I understand not getting raises/promotions, but I feel that the communication options I have regarding that is limited. Need a more clear dialogue that isn't just "fluff"
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to provide great service to customers and create great relationships with coworkers while ALSO making the world a better place by helping others go solar. It is extremely fulfilling to watch someone go from contract signed to project complete and I love learning more about solar!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate with me in a way that I have never come across before in my professional life. Extremely clear, concise, and open. I feel heard and listened to, which is huge to me. I feel pushed but not stressed. It just seems like a perfect fit for me!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do not hide our achievements or how driven we are from one another. We hold each other accountable without being annoying or overbearing. It is almost like a family that makes sure that I am putting in my very best every day. You really couldn't ask for more from your job!
