The work ethic and that fact that everyone has the same type. Everyone wants to get the job done and do it well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are like friends and they were SO welcoming when I joined the team. They are so supportive and they work SO hard. It motivates me every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a 1099 but I enjoy the freedom to pick benefits out in the marketplace that work for me. I will say a 401k would always be amazing but I am completely happy with my situation!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, the amazing feedback, the fact that they have been in my shoes so they know what I go through day to day, and the fact they they encourage us to be open and honest about any feedback we have as well!!
