The ability to get better and having no cap on pay or benefits. My effort is directly correlated with how much I get paid.

Its always trying to squeeze the most out of you. The company understands failures but wont tolerate stagnation so you are always getting better and moving forward.

How much fun we have while working. There isnt anyone nagging you or bothering you. Everyone wants to make eachother better and we have fun doing it.
