It's a good first real job for those who are out of college. It can be challenging at times and sometimes overwhelming but hey thats life you know. You have a strong base here with the rest of my peers and it's a good place to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat me like family and they're cool people to converse with. Sometimes work doesn't feel like work because it's a lot of fun and the days fly by.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is cool and easy to work with. When I can't get to something, I know they will be there to back me up. Very appreciate of them all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping around the team and making the company grow. I have nothing but good things to say and hearing customers say good things about us makes me happy as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super involved and giddy and that's not the type of person I usually am. It rubs off on me and I like how much people care about you as a person and they don't treat you any different from others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel like for my job and my salary i dont get paid as much as i would like. Still, I dont let that affect my job and I still do what I have to do to make sure I do my fair share. And I work extra and pick up slack when it occurs.
