Knowing that the work I do streamlines installation and gives me a sense of accomplishment most days

How invested they are in a mojority of individuals success within the company and how willing they are to give wccess to whatever tools sre necessary to succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldnt call it undervalue persay but moreso a disconnect of the past year of inflation along with relatively stagnant wages makes for some difficulties in personal life making it hard to progress financially and i feel thats something that goes overlooked
