I love working here, I wish I got to talk more with my coworkers and develop relationships with them. I also feel as though my team lead can be a bit scripted when we talk which makes it a tad bit less personable, but they are friendly and I enjoy working under them. The culture lives up to the hype
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with other people, having good conversations with my team and having a to-do list or goal to hit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy their energy and they seem to listen to me a lot when I talk either about personal or work goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we get interaction with the whole company through things like Slack, TGIT, etc. Really fires me up during the day!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers, they seem like a lot of fun to hangout with even outside of work. They're always super positive but I love when we can just talk about nonsense that is unrelated to work, its refreshing especially if its in the middle of the day.
