Amazing I love it. However, it could be even better if more benefits are provided as well as more PTO. Sometimes I am worried about the turnover rate and how I hear that some people are given very little heads up before they are let go. Makes me anxious even though I feel I am doing a great job.

We work hard to get things done and we take ownership if mistakes are made.

My job roles are fulfilling and I like that I can sort of make my own schedule

They make this company super fun to work for! Events, parties, company outings, all those things make Everlight a super fun company to be a part of.

Everyone is super fun to work with and is hard working, but can have a good time as well! I consider most of my coworkers my friends at this point.

They are always looking to grow and improve themselves for the sake of their team. They work to improve processes for their team and are constaly working on themselves and I respect that.
