Working at Everlight changed my life. I wish that was dramatic but I was in a hard spot when I first started and Everlight showed me nothing but kindness, how to work hard, and that they care about their employees as individuals. I do not have enough words to say how grateful I am for Everlight.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am told I go above and beyond, set the bar for the team, and give 150%. But when I asked for a raise I was told we are meritocracy. It really should be said that you only get a raise if you get into a leadership position, not if you go above and beyond for the position you were hired for.
