What makes you most happy at work?
Problem solving makes me super happy at work which makes up most of the workload, but being with my team, working with them and collaborating is what makes me most happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team are the energy and personalities. When we are all together its a blast every single time and I wouldn't want to have it any other way!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, more compensation for the workload would be better but the company makes me feel valued in many other ways. For that reason and knowing compensation can always be negotiated, I feel valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The understanding and always willing to listen to everyones ideas. It's evident that our leadership at Everlight truly cares about out people and our culture. They take every step imaginable to cultivate our culture and environment, and that is what I like best about our leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whats most positive can be attributed all to the leaders, how they handle who joins our team and the people we have is unlike any other company which keeps positivity in everyone high at all times. We work towards our goals and company missions hard, and with passion, and the leadership makes it FUN
