All in all, culture wise I don't think there's a better company I can be a part of. However, the biggest down part would be the added-on projects along with the high volume of customers reaching out with the low pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that how approachable my Tls/ATLs make things way less stressful. It also helps that my coworkers are incredibly funny.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel at times it can be a bit demanding especially given all the extra projects we are asked to take on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As for my managers, I feel they are incredibly approachable and understanding. I feel the execs do a good job of being approachable and building a bond with staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing necessarily against anybody in particular, the work itself can be rough at times and I feel the one thing higher-ups could be more lenient about is the pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel everybody is kind and approachable. Also, my team is absolutely hilarious. It's nice having coworkers like that at a job like this because at times it can be stressful with the high volume/angry customers. It's nice to have that balance.
