The training process was difficult at first because I basically had to learn a whole new way to communicate with customers and co-workers. Now processes have become second nature to me and my success within my team has made me feel more confident in other areas of my life.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monthly financial incentives are really great, but the base hourly/salary pay is lower than I would prefer. Especially considering there is no retirement or 401K match provided.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is genuinely happy and excited to be at work. I never have to worry that a ball is going to be dropped if I need to step back and take a break. Everyone truly loves and contributes to the all-hands-on-deck mentality!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraged to have a life outside of work! My managers care just as much about how my life is doing outside of work as they do my work results on the clock. I feel safe to vocalize what I need for my work-life balance and that makes me perform at my highest level at work.
