My overall experience at Everlight has been great from the beginning. I have always been surrounded by positive and supportive leads and coworkers that push me to want to do my best any chance I get. I've made great friendships with coworkers and leads that I'm happy and proud of.

I like how well our leadership team communicates our goals and are supportive of our development as professionals both at work and in life.

They are always encouraging us to strive to become better versions of ourselves. To always work on improvement in areas that we don't train ourselves in.

Everyone on our team is fully committed to the one team mentality and genuine about helping out and giving tips or advice on questions that come up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy how they give us both sick and safe time as well as PTO. I also enjoy how our long term investment program that we recently adopted.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to contribute to the success of our company and helping others out. I feel happy knowing that I can help our team win anytime I can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued compared to other starting pay for other companies. It would be great if the company took into consideration time committed to Everlight and looked at increases of wages semi-annually or annually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are the same type of people that likes to complete our jobs or tasks right away. We never say that isn't our job and are willing to give a helping hand to any of our coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is the people that live by our core values. My coworkers are great people that are happy to do their jobs. My coworkers truly make working at Everlight such a positive experience.

The most positive thing about our culture and environment is how well everyone works together and is mutually invested in getting the job done by any means. No one complains and everyone understands what our goals are as a company.

Being able to do my job well and help others. I enjoy being apart of our team and contributing to our overall success when I can. It is great to be recognized for the hard work that each of us put into the company.
