This is definitely an incredibly supportive work environment. Everyone here wants to help you succeed. I do feel that sometimes I am not given enough work, and am under-compensated for the work that I do. I really do enjoy working for this company, but it is very hard to earn a living with my salary

I love that on my team everyone always has your back and wants to help you succeed

They are involved with everyone in the company and take time each week to connect with us and update us at meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel that making under $40k is not fair compensation for my role at Everlight. I feel that I go above and beyond for Everlight and exceed the minimums. I am happy to go above and beyond for Everlight, but I would like to be compensated better to reflect this.
